Where a survey is provided for an organisation, authorised administrators and trainers from that organisation may be able to access information relevant to the survey, assessment, participant profile or programme, according to their assigned permissions.

AI-assisted analysis

Some assessments may use artificial intelligence to assist with analysis, participant diagnostics or cohort reporting. Access to generated findings remains subject to the permissions configured for the relevant organisation and programme.

Security and retention

Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to protect information processed by the platform. Information is retained only for legitimate platform, programme, administrative, contractual or legal purposes.

Terms of Use

By accessing or using Dookun Innovations Surveys, you agree to use the platform responsibly and only for purposes for which you are authorised.

Participants may use the platform to complete surveys, assessments and profiles made available to them. Administrators and trainers may access only the organisations, surveys, participants, reports and functions permitted by their assigned role.

Account security

Users are responsible for keeping their sign-in credentials secure and should not share accounts or attempt to access information for which they have not been authorised.

Assessment and AI-generated findings

Survey results, diagnostics, AI-generated findings and reports are intended to support learning, assessment, programme planning and organisational decision-making. They should be interpreted in context and should not be treated as professional, medical, legal, financial or psychological advice.

Platform availability

Dookun Innovations aims to maintain a reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability at all times. Maintenance, security updates or external service dependencies may occasionally affect availability.

Misuse

Users must not attempt to interfere with platform security, access another user's account, extract information without authorisation, introduce malicious software or use the service unlawfully.

Intellectual property
